Exploring Stabilizer Phase 2 On Arbitrum

Today I explored Stabilizer Finance C-Pool via liquidity provision.

The C-Pool is where you provide USDC/USDZ

I made use of ZAP-In when supplying my liquidity because I wanted the system to do the balanced calculation automatically.

There were series of approvals between USDC and USDZ before the Liquidity was successful provided. Can the approvals be brief?

I noticed Stabilizer added a “Quick Swap” button

This is needed in case you just wanna make that swap in a jiffy.

On the next slide, you will notice a new toggle has been added to claim your fees automatically or manually.

Turn the toggle on, your fees are automatically sent to your wallet.

Turn it off, your fees will be claimed manually by you.

MY OBSERVATION

When you turn the toggle on, you can’t withdraw your LP

You will get an error message when you want to withdraw LP.

However, when I turned it off, I was able to withdraw the LP.

Don’t know if this is normal but that’s my observation.

Secondly, I noticed Providing LP gives an X2 boost on your SP.

It should be noted that if you immediately withdraw your LP, your SP will immediately claw back.

So, it’s advisable to use it towards completing your SP for the day.

What an interesting segment exploring Stabilizer on Abitrium Sepolia.

Good test notes. Two things stand out.

Zap in asks for too many approvals. One batched approve would make the first deposit much smoother.

The fee toggle looks like a bug. Auto claim should only change where fees go. It should not block an LP withdrawal. If it must, say why before the transaction fails.

The 2x SP boost and instant clawback on withdraw is fine if it stops quick in and out. Just show that on the deposit screen.

Quick Swap is useful. Keep it separate from the LP flow.
