From whitelist to Transition. This is the Stabilizer journey so far. 🛡️

I didn’t just watch this project. I walked through the stages with it.

1. The beginning — Whitelist & Beta :memo:

It started with interest, applications, and waiting. People wanted in. The whitelist grew fast. Beta testers were already giving feedback before Phase 1 even opened.

That early stage mattered. It showed demand. It also showed the team wanted testers, not just numbers.

2. Phase 1 goes live :rocket:

On June 24, Phase 1 Testnet went live on Ethereum Sepolia.

The promise was simple and bold: swap stablecoins at a true 1:1 rate. No slippage. No “almost 1:1.” Actual 1:1.

That was the test.

3. What Phase 1 achieved :bar_chart:

The official record is clear:

• 7 full epochs

• 10M+ swaps

• 11K+ peak daily active users

• 25K aggregate participants across Phase 1 + Beta

• Zero slippage on supported swaps

Those are not small numbers for a focused stablecoin testnet.

4. The product kept improving :gear:

Phase 1 was not only swapping. The protocol grew while people were testing:

• P-Pool with PYUSD

• Bluechip risk ratings

• Risk assessments

• Ask Stabi on every page

• USDZ Analytics

• Community roles and quizzes

• Ethereum Security Subsidy selection

• Capacity Vaults design discussion

The core idea stayed the same. The system around it got stronger.

5. The community did real work :busts_in_silhouette:

This part is easy to ignore, but it should not be ignored.

People showed up for quizzes, Discourse, roles, testing, content, and feedback. Some of us started far from the top of leaderboards and kept coming back. That consistency is part of the story too.

Roles, promotions, and now the Phase 1 Builder NFT + Tester Role turned that work into a lasting record. :sports_medal:

6. The Feedback Report :clipboard:

After Phase 1, the team published the community feedback report.

About 3,000 responses.

The scores were strong:

• Overall experience: 4.67 / 5

• Zero slippage: 8.82 / 10

• Mainnet intent: 9.06 / 10

• Recommend score: 8.93 / 10

People also said what should improve: speed, risk tools, mobile, clearer UX, and better docs.

That is healthy. A good testnet collects praise and pressure at the same time.

7. Where we are now — Transition Phase :counterclockwise_arrows_button:

Phase 1 is complete.

We are now in the Transition Phase. This window is for:

• Phase 1 NFT claims

• Permanent recognition

• Protocol updates

• Preparation for Phase 2

Phase 2 is designed as a dual-chain step: a high-performance L2 for speed and cost, plus Ethereum for security and settlement. Same zero-slippage standard. Bigger stage.

8. Why this journey matters :light_bulb:

Most projects skip the boring middle.

Stabilizer did not.

It went:

Whitelist → Beta → Phase 1 → Record the results → Listen → Prepare the next stage.

That order is professional. It is also rare.

Zero slippage was the claim.

Phase 1 was the proof.

Transition is the pause before scale.

I’m still here. Still testing. Still contributing. The next chapter should be built on this foundation, not on noise. :eyes:

Thank you to the team and the mods for keeping the process clear and the community structured.

Respect to every moderator who kept quizzes, support, and order running through Phase 1. :folded_hands:

really good recap of the whole journey. What stands out to me is that Stabilizer actually used Phase 1 to prove the zero-slippage concept, collect real feedback, and improve along the way

10m+ swaps and 25K+ participants is a solid foundation. Now Transition feels less like a pause and more like the bridge to something much bigger. Curious to see what Phase 2 brings
