Phase 1 Feedback Summary

The team ran a community survey and asked the community to say what worked and what they need before Phase 2 and mainnet.

Nearly 3,000 people responded. Here’s what stood out:

THE GOOD:

  • Overall experience: (4.67 out of 5). 95.2% rated it 4 or 5 stars.

  • Zero slippage scored (8.82 out of 10). 86% said it actually works.

  • Execution speed, easy onboarding and clean UI all scored above 60%. The product is smooth enough that people stuck around.

  • Community engagement: 92.9% said it was good or excellent. The roles, discord quizzes and Ecosystem Hub are doing their job.

  • Support satisfaction: 95.5%. Almost half found the team exceptionally responsive.

  • Mainnet intent: (9.06 out of 10). 89.2% plan to use Stabilizer when mainnet launches.

WHAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

  • Performance and speed: top improvement request at 52.8%. Even though speed was praised, people want it faster.
  • Risk management tools: 46.3% want more. Security and audits came up repeatedly in open text answers too.
  • Mobile app: 44.6% want improvements.
  • Better documentation: 30.4% asked for step-by-step guides and FAQ.

Open feedback kept coming back to the same themes: security, faster transactions, deeper liquidity, clearer UX and early user rewards.

Great breakdown. Feedback is always a good way to see how much progress has been made.

A comprehensive breakdown, the feedback was positive

really solid feedback summary

the numbers show that phase 1 has come a long way, especially the zero-slippage and overall user experience

now if the focus stays on speed, security, mobile UX and deeper liquidity, I think Phase 2 can be a big step forward
